This video was part of our "Journey through the Aorta" series.

Dr Esposito presents his experience hybrid three-stage repair with the Lupiae Technique for treating mega Aorta syndrome (MAS). Step one involves the debranching of the aortic vessels to create a good landing zone, before completing Reno-visceral debranching in the second surgical stage. The third stage involves the implantation of an Endovascular Graft in the residual diseased TAAA.
